please guys i have a KAON receiver with HW 12.01.A1 and a bootloader of V619

each time i am dowwnloading a software i am getiing a banner with this
this is not officail box message

and nothing works at all

can anyone help please

Try changing Boot Loader with KaonTeam BL 2.1.9ver4

Don't forget to press space bar when updating your software and hopefully that will get rid of everything.

You need to find a software that fits your model, not only H/W

Chang the bootloader to V.2.1.9.4 it will work
