Only red light...help me!!!!!

after I turn off the reciver screen off and only red light is on
my reciver is lazer fta 2003 1m
no program(update) accepted
delta(loader) cant read version
I also test (|,O) on and off power of reciver
my last update was 030014.9.bin
I can do anything...... :(
help me..... :!: :!: :?:

1. turn off the reciver
2. press the upgrade on PC
3. turn on the reciver
4. your can upgrade s/w again
