It is fake. Thread on that site is already closed.

I just changed extension from .btm to .bin, and opened it with Radiac Tools and found out that it is really from march, Polsat provider 7101 with
key 00 - AE 20 B1 D2 EC 40 4E CB, and
key 01 - A1 9A 56 B8 6f 2E 23 31. (emu-126)
