Transponder scan problem

Hello,
I have a db7020 with official image and it's directly connected to the LNB(no disecq). When I scan the transponders, it shows that the signal is strong (and locks it)but when it looks for services(tv,radio..) it doesnt find anything. I tried many frequencies, same thing. No services.
I checked my settings, everything looked fine.
When I connect my old humax receiver, I have no problems. It works perfectly.
I also tried with another image (gemini 2.20) but same problem. I believe it's a hardware problem. any idea?

Maybe your tuner is dead,maybe not :(
Please upload a channels list in your dream and check if you have picture on some FTA chanel .If you have picture your tuner works fine , if not ....
