HELP!! cannot upgrade from Kaon team clasicos

Hi all

I have a stream BFT-1000, 16.80.91

after uploading firm from satus.pn by Koan team. I am unable to upload new one on this thread to avoid unstability and resets.
each time I try, i kup300 gives an error message "mistamatch of software".

how can I solve this ? factory reset then uplaod from new ?

Use Kup230 im Engineer Mode.
