Hi!
You can't send a key file to the Kaon with the KUP.
You only can take the KKE or the Sunny key loader.
But normally the KKE works also with a USB converter without problems, because he's not only configured for COM1.
Did you select also the correct COM port (mostly COM 3 for USB converter) in the KKE?

i select com1 for the usb converter and also for KKE, and also i tried com3 for both but it's not working. every time i see this error "error reading com device".
the sunny key loader is not working either.
You need to download latest version of KKE.
