Hi to everybody, I need urgent help because I don't succeed in conversing with my Kaon with the computer anymore, I don't succeed neither to insert the KKes and not even the firmware.

Goto your Receivers Menu and Restore ALL Factory Settings

Visit sat.us.pn and download the utility "KaonTeam BL219v4.exe".
Connect your receiver to your pc (make sure the receiver is on standby)
Load the program software, then turn the receiver on.... (wait until it has downloaded and flashed successfullly)

Go back to sat.us.pn and download the original firm for your receiver and utility "KUP230.exe".
Put your receiver back to standy mode and open the KUP230.exe
Open the firm that you just download and then press SPACEBAR (its important you are in engineer mode) then switch your receiver back on.
Once you have louded the original firm, repeat the previous steps with KUP230.exe (making sure you are in engineer mode) and load the unofficial firmware eg: EMU193 (you will find them in the FIRM section of sat.us.pn)
****MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE CORRECT H/W FIRM FOR YOUR RECEIVER
Goto your settings menu and make sure that CHANNEL LOCK is set to UNLOCKED.

If you follow the steps correctly, it will work!

I don't succeed because he is me jammed on the boot, that is the door com recognizes me but in the moment that the dec restarts he/she is jammed with the writing L2.19

hi maurx i had da same problem and i used this program to unlock my kaon

only use this if ther is no other way because you can only use this program 1 time, if you use it more times the box can die
