here, I would like to discuss important matter about satellite channels, I present this subject as ELC Group www.elcgate.com (http://www.elcgate.com) is organizing satellite conference about the performance of satellite channels and how to regualte its work the way that benefit Arab and Western Viewers, so I want to know your precious opinion about:
