It is not patchable and you should have I think loader version 101 main software version 127 hardware version 104 which are latest ones. Emu are NOT supported, dont' try, i repeat DON'T TRY to upload emu designed for 9500 'cose you will kill you decoder. Don't try jtag 'cose is designed for 9500 too.
