Is posible to copy Cards ?

I have a big question

Is posible to copy Cards in New ones ,
for example if we have a Viaccess Card for JSC Sport then it's posible to copy it in new card and Is copied card work ?

also with this way we can see other channels or only can see same open channel same az polsat , tps ?

Commercial cards are all copy protected

Copy protected means they are not copyable with these software that we can find on the net , but if we try to make own software I think this is posible .

Now I need information about Card , every information will useful
same az Doc , source codes , tools , even name of the tools that I can find on the net and every things
