Database Tool and Key Converter for vPlug v.1.3.7

Features:

Import:

softcam.key -> v_keys.db
v_dcw.ini -> v_sids.db
v_biss.ini -> v_sids.db
AES Keys -> v_aes.db

Export:

v_keys.db -> softcam.key
v_sids.db -> v_biss.ini
v_sids.db -> v_dcw.ini
v_aes.db -> AES Keys (Date & Keys)
v_aes.db -> AES Keys (softcam.key)

place it in your plugins folder where vPlug is located!

Can you explain me how can i use your file? I've extract the files in my ".../Plugins" folder but i still have a black screen.
