Then set appropriate GMT fuse... which one did you have in past? Now It's 11.15 am there ;)
vPlug is creating 3 extra bin files : out, dump and dec delete these plus v_tps, then close Progdvb and restart. Must work.

I found just dump, deleted n v_tps deleted it's now looking for and error.
